   We've been asking all year if the Chiefs can flip a switch when the playoffs arrive and play their best football and we got a resounding answer in Saturday night's frozen tundra beatdown of the Dolphins.  Cracked helmets and all, this team was almost flawless for the first time this year.  Stan Weber helps us break down how the Chiefs have re-invented who they are.
