The Mothers’ Empowerment Podcast
Kids & Family:Parenting
Ready to be inspired by a story of resilience and empowerment? Today I have the privilege of speaking with the remarkable Jenny Vukovcan. Jenny's signature M.A.P System, 3 Levels of Wisdom Framework, and Conscious Change Model have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs own their vision, get more things done, and build a business and life they love without sacrifice and guilt.
Key Takeaways
G: 10 gratitudes
I: I AM statement
V: Brain storm to-dos and create 3-2-1 list (pick your top 3 priorities to do that day, make 2 connections (anyone you haven't called in awhile), and 1 content (in business it could be email, post, reel, workbook, etc. If you are not in business, what is ONE thing you can do for YOU today?)
E: excellence. What do you need to be a 10/10 today? S: Set intention for who to be and the experience you want.
The Three Levels of Wisdom: a concept of how we learn and integrate knowledge and wisdom. I use this concept with everything I do from setting goals, creating to-do lists, coaching to clients, create content, write books, etc.
It rests on the concept that there are three levels of wisdom and consciousness. We all use all three, but sometimes we are leaning into one or two more than the others and that can sometimes make us feel stuck and out of balance. We also typically have a favorite way of learning information and retain knowledge. Knowing your style will support you in school, in business, and making decisions for instance. Tapping into all THREE wisdoms levels can support you to live more authentically and in balance with your natural way of being/learning.
The idea is to be connected to your heart, mind, and body to feel most empowered and accomplished and be in balance and harmony 😉 in your life.
Level 1: Mind. Receiving information on a mind level. This is the level many "thinkers" and philosophers are at. Many entrepreneurs love this level as it allows them to learn and retain information, but it's also very safe as you don't need to apply so much of yourself to actually DO anything. Much of the education system rest on this level and love to teach from the mind, vs knowledge and how to think for yourself. (One of the biggest reasons I decided to start an online school.)
Level 2: Turning information into knowledge by applying/practicing/and doing something with the information. Some programs and education work from this level with applied knowledge, but many don't. So people who learn by practicing and doing, love to be at this level. However, it's also the level where are limitations are self doubt. It's easy to feel self conscious and go up to the first level because we think we need to learn something different if we "fail." Maybe we need a new strategy, but often times it could be that we just need to do stick with it more times and learn something more about what we are already doing right. Dropping down to our wisdom level can support us to know and affirm what we already know to be true.
Level 3: Wisdom. Once we have practiced our knowledge, learned from it, and applied it, it will eventually become wisdom. This wisdom serves as our guide in life and supports us to live more authentically and in tuned with our values and ways of being. This is the level when we usually feel very grounded, self assured, empowered and in flow.
We go through all of these levels continuously as a part of learning. Knowing which level you operate out of at any moment can be very beneficial in seeing your blind spots and what needs to shift.
