Hey Mama,
My biggest obstacle to sleep is shutting off my brain before I go to bed. It is so easy to be consumed by worry and what needs to be done, or what we didn’t get done for the day. However, focusing on those worries and anxieties can not only keep us from sleep, but can keep us from trusting in God- who He is and what He has promised us.
Today we read and pray through 5 scriptures that I find helpful to shut off my brain before bed for a better night’s sleep.
