Every year, the same thing happens here in Vancouver (and maybe the city you live in too), winter comes, temperatures drop, we all get our winter jackets, hats, and gloves out to stay cozy.
And then, out of nowhere, there’s precipitation in the air that freezes!!! We get the first snowfall, and even though all of our weather forecasts warned us about it, nobody comes prepared. Nobody has snow tires on, nobody salts the roads, and no plows are in sight when it starts coming down!
All of a sudden, the roads are chaos, and everyone stuck in the snow, slipping on black ice, and exploring side streets trying to get home is feeling angry, hungry, tired, and upset.
What are the lessons we can take away from all of this that can help us improve?
