How much boxing can we jam into a one-hour podcast? You're about to find out.
Last weekend boxing was treated to likely the best heavyweight fight since Lennox Lewis and Vitali Klitschko tangled in 2003 when Anthony Joshua rallied to stop Wladimir Klitschko in front of a massive stadium full of people. It was an excellent event, and one that some might need help making sense of. What happens now? Is Tyson Fury still a factor? Is Klitschko ready for retirement?
Additionally, this coming weekend marks the clash between Saul "Canelo" Alvarez and Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. The Pay-Per-View event will be popular in Mexico and figures to sell well in the US, but is it even worthwhile? Will Chavez Jr. be able to safely make weight?
These issues and more will all be tackled by author/filmmaker Brin-Jonathan Butler and writer/historian Patrick Connor. You're welcome.
