So, this month, a few of us are trying to do some daily cold water exposure, and see what kind of results we can drum up in terms of how we feel, and any changes we find in our physical and mental health.
Obviously there are so many people out there who are educated and can tell you scientifically what benefits you can reap from dipping yourself in cold water, whether it’s a cold plunge, or an ice bath.
What I wanted to discuss was MY PERSONAL experience, and some of the benefits it has had on my mindset.
