“Perseverance has been a cornerstone of my success. Throughout my career, I've encountered numerous obstacles and setbacks that could have easily derailed my ambitions. Whether it was navigating a difficult business climate, facing personal challenges, or overcoming professional #hurdles, I've consistently relied on my ability to persevere. I firmly believe that success is not just about talent or intelligence, but also about the ability to persevere in the face of #obstacles. There have been numerous times in my career when I faced setbacks and challenges that seemed insurmountable. But it was my unwavering #determination and refusal to give up that ultimately propelled me forward,”~shares Barbara. 

“Empathetic networking has not only opened doors for me professionally but has also enriched my life personally. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is the importance of building genuine, empathetic connections with others. Networking isn't just about exchanging business cards or making superficial connections. It's about truly understanding and supporting one another. I've found that by approaching networking with empathy and a genuine interest in others' success, I've been able to build a strong network of like-minded individuals who have been instrumental in my personal and professional growth,”~states Barbara. 

“Being unbreakable doesn't mean being impervious to pain or failure. It means acknowledging those moments, allowing yourself to feel the emotions that come with them, and then using that energy to fuel your drive to succeed. It's about understanding that setbacks are a natural part of any journey and that they can serve as opportunities for growth and development,”~Barbara. 

She is a true testament to the struggle is part of the story…but not the whole story. I love her #authenticity, openness, and willing to share her wealth of knowledge and experience. We need more Barbara’s in the world!
