The Real Life Radio Show with Evangelist Anh Le
Education:Self-Improvement
In today's testimony we have been talking about the reality and temptation of getting mad at God, and we are going to discover some of the base roots that accompany that emotion and frustration that a person can feel.
Did you know that 1/3 to 2/3rd's of Americans admitted to sometime in their lives feeling angry at God? When certain unfortunate changes in life happen, like financial issues, divorce, surprise medical diagnoses, death of family members, etc. they can leave one with the temptation
to blame God for the wrongdoing. Doing so can sometimes lead a person to go the exact opposite way God intended for them to go. But if this happens,
is the person redeemable at all? In our last show, we had Sherry Damron who grew up in a Christian home, ended up in a horrible marriage and then a divorce that set her on a course of running away from God. She told us how she secretly made a living as a prostitute, and the reality of the pain she felt in that lifestyle, and how she drowned her pain in drugs, alcohol, and parties. She hit rock bottom, and then this is where Jesus met her. Today she is going to talk about how God took her back, and how God had an amazing vision for her life. Sherry, welcome back to the show.
