So WHY did they stop the Yellow Card routine alert system

Back in March 2023, the UK Yellow Card summary report showed the following;

500,000 Yellow Cards 1,500,000 Adverse Reactions 2,500 Fatal Events

It was then stopped as a routine report citing "stable safety" as the reason.

It is a cover up in plain sight.
