Sloane joined the organization in 2013 as director of development and played a key role in tripling revenue from $2.6 million to over $8 million. In her most recent position as chief development officer, she helped establish financial stability for the organization and steer new funding strategies.
During Sloane’s tenure leading the development team, Big Brothers Big Sisters ran a capital campaign to purchase a 52,000-square-foot building, moved company headquarters to the new office in Santa Ana and seed-funded an endowment fund to invest in the agency’s long-term future.
