Moving on and finding peace from hard situations you dealt with in life or with people is the best solution for you. There are so many times where you will experience negativity, hard moments where you have to deal with toxic behavior or circumstances and most often you become angry, resentful, and your heart is hardened. This affects your life in so many ways. Often times you may even think that you have healed from these situations, but don’t realize that subconsciously your body is carrying stress over it all and it’s affecting you on a daily basis.
