Meaghan Amor (@meaghan_amor_), a mother and doula in Australia, shares her personal journey from almost thirty years ago: becoming a mother with a partner she knew she didn't love and the healing and growth that came from that experience. She also talks about the sexual trauma she endured from a doctor in her first birth, the emotional and physical abuse from her child's father, gaining courage to leave the abusive relationship, the beautiful love story of her and her husband, and how amazing menopause is. Meaghan shares her passion for birth, why women should stay out of the hospital in birth, and encourages women to own their feminine power!
