Episode Synopsis:
When Al has to miss Grunt Work for the funeral of his favorite bingo caller, Tim invites Brad onto the show to be his assistant instead. Despite spending much of his appearance gawking at Heidi, Brad does a good job, and positive reaction from the audience gives him a major ego boost. Randy, feeling left out because he doesn’t share Tim and Brad’s love of tool stuff, begins to take out his frustrations by needling Brad and threatening to tell his girlfriend about Brad’s crush on Heidi. Ultimately Tim resolves the conflict between the boys by bonding with Randy over their shared love of insult comedy and video games.
