Episode Synopsis:
Bob Vila guest stars as himself, dropping by the set of "Tool Time" to play "Stump the Toolman" trivia with Tim Taylor (Tim Allen). Feeling threatened by Vila's expertise, Tim accidentally knocks him out with a heavy board, forcing Mr. Binford to schedule a second appearance where Tim can make amends.

When Jill (Patricia Richardson) finds out that Randy (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) was picking on a classmate, she invites the boy over to put things right - only to discover that he's every bit as abrasive and unbearable as Randy says.
