The Low Standards and Pours Musicast

One of our three thousand fans showed up to chat with us about AMAZING debut albums by various artists... El Carpe did at least 12 minutes of research and found a large number of amazing bands for us to discuss - and most are not in his tiny bubble of the '80's New Romantics.  Go figure.  Old farts can change. (maybe)

 

We had a blast chatting about Weezer, The Stone Roses, Temple of the Dog, Pearl Jam, the Cars, Fine Young Cannibals and the Smiths.   There was a bunch of very specific reverence to Chris Cornell. (RIP)  

 

There was a brief discussion on Sigor Ros and Dead Ghosts - both great.

 

We played music, chatted, basically had a great time together - give this one a listen if you wanna hear two good buddies chatting about, and playing music they love.
