Linda and her granddaughter Natalie sat down during the summer to discuss music in the schools, and the physical and intellectual challenges of playing an instrument in a marching band.  Natalie has advanced in her music since this discussion, and recently won Gold for her saxophone solo in her District Competition.  She now advances to the state competition.
