The typical condition we all try to win to commit is that need for freedom with all things diet. Without consequence you don’t like. That’s what you already have, but you forget the consequence is never the one you want. You need to feel that you have it all, but it’s not a need to literally have it all to be utmost happy. Plus excited about my messenger teams in training and small circles and one on one for my FD8 community challengers who want and need a bit extra care and attention daily!
