Today we are joined by the one and only, Mina Gerges. Mina is an Egyptian plus-size model and actor based in Toronto and New York City. He's redefining traditional male beauty standards through bold self-expression, gender fluidity, and body positivity. 

In today’s episode, Mina will share his journey on how growing up in the middle east shaped a lot of what he does now and gave him the purpose to make things better, how he is fighting to show you that your normal body is attractive, and what we can do as a society to become more inclusive.
