In this episode I will be giving you a weekly meal plan to help give you some ideas to answer the ”MOM, What’s for Dinner?” Question! There’s a mix of proteins, and meals to keep it fun and exciting and of course to feed your family quick, healthy and delicious meals your family will love!
Weekly Meal Plan:
Monday - Stuffed Chicken Breast (from costco) and mediterranean chickpea salad
Tuesday- Spaghetti with a side salad
Wednesday- Beef stir Fry on rice
Thursday - Salmon burgers (from costco) with roasted asparagus
Friday - Fun Friyay!- Chicken nuggets with veggies and dip
Saturday - Sloppy joes with a salad
Sunday - Cream of Cauliflower Soup
