357 Ruby Ridge Part 2

This week we finish our analysis on the siege at Ruby Ridge.  Last week USMS shot and killed Randy Weaver's 14 year old son Samuel Weaver and their dog Striker. In Response , and self defense, Kevin Harris shot and killed USMS Bill Deagan. 

As the story progresses, tensions rose as new rules of engagement were drafted (controversially) and Vicki weaver would soon be shot and killed while holding her 10 month old baby. 

It would take 11 days for Randy to surrender and later stand trial. He would be charged with a litany of offenses but would be acquitted of almost all of them except for one....not showing up to his court date....how did he manage that? Listen today to find out
