Every weekend I meditate “extreme”; yoga nidra 2 hours am Saturday, Sunday, and 3 hours mid day Sundays, this recording is right after a day of 5 hours total time of meditation practice.
In this recording I feel the essential thing to get to is TO UNDERSTAND the dream and expectation “everyone” holds on to as what to work for because most will never last long enough before seid doubt and discouragement overrides the motivation to keep up.
Having actualized my own fitness dream body and fitness life to be my bliss that used to be my love with all the demons and pains torturing to balance it out, you bet I WANT you to fight for your dream too.
When you listen to what all others do, the whole diet & fitness culture’s forever emphasis on “ideal” bodies and how to think, do and be, that culture you’ll be part of and that I feel is a pretty self loathing, self hating, self abusing, self ignorant and self limiting way of life to live for no reason.
I know you know all you know and know what to do, I know you want to succeed, you “get it”.
You still keep repeating the same broken program due to fears of the unknown.
