What is HHC?
When it comes to HHC products, the DistroMike team knows their stuff. DistroMike was the first producer of HHC products in the world, through our in-house brand [BAKED]. The distillates used during development were later used to establish testing standards that the entire industry depends on to this day.
HHC, or hexahydrocannabinol, offers an alternative experience to traditional THC. With its unique chemical structure and properties, HHC provides low-dose users with a smooth psychoactive effect without the overwhelming intensity sometimes associated with THC.
Hemp-derived cannabinoids like HHC are available in products like vape cartridges and edibles, and can be found in countless retail locations in the US and in other parts of the world, in addition to numerous online stores. It’s important to note that not all HHC is created equally, so users should consider choosing products from trusted and lab tested manufacturers.
What are the effects of HHC?
For the majority of consumers, the HHC “high” is similar in effect to a standard Delta 9 THC cartridge. One of the crazy things about HHC is that it can lead to a highly euphoric and elevated state, while still being relatively clear minded and focused. HHC typically does not create the grogginess of Delta 8 or the couch-lock sedation of a heavy indica cannabis strain.
While most users enjoy the light and uplifting effects, cannabinoids can interact with the unique physiology of each person differently, so your personal results could vary a bit.
There is no such thing as HHC flower.
One thing we do not typically recommend is “HHC Flower”. While HHC is a naturally occurring cannabinoid, meaning it can be found in the pollen of just about any cannabis plant, it is found only in minute amounts. In order to produce HHC at scale, it must be converted from CBD. This means all HHC vape or edible products start as Hemp.
The truth is that HHC plants, practically speaking, do not exist. The flower being sold as HHC flower is non-psychoactive hemp flower with HHC distillate then sprayed over the top of it after harvest. While this may produce effects for the consumer, it is normally harsh and inefficient, and overall not the most pleasant way to consume HHC.
