148: Desire Paths & Finding Your Process

Wow! 2024 has been coming full force without much breathing room! It boggles my mind to realize we're in April already and this is my first solo episode of the year. Aries is the astrological new year, so I guess I'm aligned with that! I hope eclipse season has been bringing clarity and freedom as you navigate the energy. I am finally feeling like my body and mind are getting on the same page about slowing down and prioritizing creation!
