Getting change right is so important for organizations today. Yet change is hard in large part because it usually involves lots of different people, who might have different perspectives and goals and needs, not to mention anything about different levels of internal motivation or ability to change.
Unfortunately, not everyone will be onboard with what’s needed and may resist your efforts to help them walk through that change journey. Some may even hamper or sandbag your efforts, which can cripple your overall success and demoralize others.
