In this solo episode, I explore the concept of saying yes when you really mean no and the tendency to people-please. I discuss the fear and anxiety that often drive people to say yes, even when it goes against their values or desires. I provide practical tips for learning to say no, such as observing your own responses, letting your values guide your decisions, practicing saying no, refraining from over-apologizing, and recognizing that you can't please everyone all the time. I also suggest four personal experiments to empower yes people to say no.
