Don Miller, CPA's enthusiasm to be an entrepreneur began when he saw and understood his Dad managing Don’s Grandfather's tire shop, which he eventually took over. Don tried many things, but while attending Xavier University in Louisiana, Don and a friend pushed a clothing brand called SHAPES and it was fortunate enough to be featured on Lou Rawl's Evening of Stars on BET.
After obtaining a B.S. in Accounting in 2003, Cum Laude, Don worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte in the audit and tax fields. However in 2007, his passion to be creative prompted him to relaunch another brand, this time it would be called Rock Paper Denim 1970. Rock Paper Denim is a 70s inspired athletic casual brand. The mission of the company is to inspire people with a message of hope that's expressed thru style and story. The brand has been in stores, on runways, magazines and featured in films. The brand motto is the world will know. Don is excited to see how it continues to evolve.
