King Crush Thursday - The Interviews
Society & Culture
Kyle Hobson, also known as Kyle the Jukebox, is a multifaceted professional, creative, and an active alumni of Morehouse College. A proud product of New York, Kyle has built himself as a multifaceted artist, being a musician, writer, journalist and poet while remaining to work in his community. Morehouse developed his poetic ability and opportunities. He was able to participate in various performance opportunities while serving with Next Great American Poet on campus, performing for entities such as Killer Mike, Vince Carter, the Atlanta Hawks and performing on shared staged with poets like Common. During his time in Atlanta, he has involved himself in many working parts of the music industry, in the areas of talent management, managing singer Kaylan Arnold, live production, music consulting, experiential marketing, and creative strategy. However, his true passion is art. As a poet, photographer, and artist manager, Kyle the Jukebox looks to creative spaces for likeminded creatives to freely explore and pursue their passions through the means of collaboration, community, and creativity, while creating and maintaining their sense of individuality. Kyle simply believes “In everything you do, make it art.”
