Bargaining with God [Genesis 4.3]

Have you ever bargained with God? If so, do you remember what it was about? Was it a test in high school? A potential boy or girlfriend? Maybe a job? Or was it on behalf of someone else? How often do you intercede for others through prayer? If you do, do you realize you don't need to bargain with him? The power of belonging to God is that we can tell him what we need or want without manipulating him. Spoiler: it doesn't work anyway!
