Through life experiences we all develop our own set of core beliefs. Our core beliefs then become the rules that we choose to live by. While subconsciously we believe that our beliefs are good, this is not necessarily true. In this episode, which has more of a therapy vibe than a podcast vibe, Shiv opens up about a deeply ingrained core belief that she held that was creating pain and tension in her life and ultimately how she was able to let go of this belief. The episode ends with Dave discovering a belief of his own and is a live demonstration of how to dig inward to find the beliefs inside of us that are holding us back.
