The mind is like a wild animal that needs to be trained….

How do I feed my mind 

1. We feed the mind through affirmation (repetitive speaking) Be intentional  about it.

2. Conscious and consistent deep thinking Eg. Finding a quiet or solitary  place like the beach or Achimota forest to think

3. Movies 

4. Music 

Joshua 1:8 (KJV)  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth ; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night , that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN QUIETLY THINKING / SAYING TO YOURSELF 

1. Not all thoughts 💭 are your thoughts 

2. Spontaneous (unrehearsed) thoughts 💭 are thoughts from the spirit realm

 

BE CAREFUL HOW YOU ACCEPT  SUGGESTIONS

A suggestion is an idea or plan put forward for consideration

Genesis 3:1 (KJV)   Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

A suggestion has no power in and of itself except if you accept it mentally.

You must make certain to give your subconscious only suggestions, which heal, bless, elevate, and inspire you in all your ways.
Remember that your subconscious mind cannot take a joke. It takes you at your word.

2 Samuel 13:1-2 (KJV)  And it came to pass after this, that Absalom the son of David had a fair sister, whose name was Tamar; and Amnon the son of David loved her.
And Amnon was so vexed, that he fell sick for his sister Tamar; for she was a virgin; and Amnon thought it hard for him to do any thing to her.

Who visited Amnon?
The spirit of lust 
What did he suggest?
Your sister is beautiful,  but you can still have her. After all, Abraham married his sister
