One of the most pivotal pieces of advice is, "Give the company more than they expect. Set a new standard of excellence," which has become one of my mantras in life and business. On a personal note, one phrase that has anchored in my life is what my Mom would say: if you want to have a good friend, you need to be a good friend! Her ability to create heart-connecting and long-lasting relationships shaped how I view my friendships. I can not imagine life without my friends!
