On top of the mountain at the fork in the road. We were about to jump into The Sunglasses analogy (...coming in episode 18!), BUT it felt like we needed to introduce an intentional practice first. This reconnection practice I love to call The Whirlwind.
The Whirlwind releases all that is not for your highest and greatest good throughout your energetic, physical and emotional body. It then reverses midway to bring in the light and reconnection to your truest self in that moment. Open your heart and be ready to release. Your intention is very powerful.
At the end it feels like a "welcome back" to your inner most authentic self.

If you have a quiet place to sit or lay down without being disturbed, that will feel best for the first time listening, however this practice can eventually go with you in each moment whenever you feel called to it.
It's ok if your mind wanders, just catch it and bring it back to your hula hoop. It's an active practice, so it is great for active minds. Come back again and again. It changes over time and I love how simple yet effective the practice can be. Trust the process. You've got this.
