The Jameela Adams Experience Podcast
Society & Culture
In this episode, we're honored to be joined by Meg Grett-Pratt, founder and speaker of "Dating Tips by Meg," a nonprofit organization. Her mission is to prevent and end dating violence and stalking by raising awareness and empowering people with the tools they need to recognize abuse early, stay safe, and get help.
As a survivor of dating violence and stalking, Meg shares her personal experience and knowledge to let others know that they are not alone and that there is hope beyond unhealthy or violent relationships. She emphasizes the importance of never giving up hope.
During this episode, we'll discuss the warning signs to watch out for, how to protect yourself from toxic relationships, and what to do if you are in a dangerous situation.
The Jameela Adams Experience wants to thank Meg Grett-Pratt for sharing her story of resilience and how she channeled it toward helping others. You can contact her for speaking engagements at https://datingtipsbymeg.com/
