At 497 he knew the road ahead would not be short or easy but he knew he was ready to start running towards the life he wanted for himself and his family. Johnny is down over 115 pounds now and is training for a marathon! His story is one of persistence, growth and managing change in a sustainable fashion so that he knows he is not just chasing a quick fix.
