On today’s episode, I speak with Coach Parks from the Briar Cliff Women’s Program in Iowa. We talk about varying recruiting sources as the landscape changes. She describes how the school has a high percentage of student athletes so the whole school is supportive. Lastly, we discuss how sometimes the spring offseason can be even harder than the fall.
