Thank you, everyone. It's a good afternoon from Alice Springs, Central Australia. I am your host and presenter, Murray Stewart, and this is episode 935 of Blind Magic in Alice Springs.
Firstly, let me say a big hello to some of our treasured sponsors. Yes, I want to say hello to the Gillen Club here in Alice Springs, one of our finest community event destinations. Yes, they are absolutely wonderful, is the Gillen Club. Also, a big hello to Gail Tuxworth, an icon in the real estate industry here in Alice Springs. Thank you so much for your sponsorship. This program is doing so well and reaching so many people, thanks to people like you.
And Robin Lamley, the member for Araluen, the independent member for Araluen. Thank you, Robin, for your incredible sponsorship and indeed your friendship, but also your representation of Alice Springs up there in Parliament House Darwin. You bat for us beautifully, strongly. And with unbelievable commitment. Yeah, to all of the sponsors, I will get to you all over the next couple of episodes. I thank you for supporting Blind Magic in Alice Springs.
If you're listening to this show and you have a disability, I want to tell you how powerful you are, how incredible you are, and how important you are to the world. My new business, Blind Magic Communications, no, blind magic communications. Blind magic communications is built on the absolute understanding and belief that all vision impaired people have incredible resources that can make this world a better place.
And the reason for this is if you have a disability, you practice survival mechanisms that are so well practiced that if you are in a position to share your knowledge to the rest of the world, you can help so many other people with some self-improvement techniques. Blind Magic Communications does exactly that with our amazing workshops and, of course, our podcast series, Blind Magic in Alice Springs.
I am, through Blind Magic Communications, sharing with the world the power that all vision-impaired people have through very, very well-practiced survival techniques. Yes, we need to practice the skills of the power of touch and the power of hearing and the power of voice and therefore our verbal skills and of course the power of listening to others. All people with a disability are incredibly amazing they have to be because they can only survive through as I said well-practiced survival techniques that we can all gain from.
I, of course, experienced as a vision-impaired person. So I would absolutely benefit and learn from listening to other people with disabilities who can share their knowledge, their experience, and their skill sets with people like me, and, of course, people like you. So yes, if you are out there and you are a person living with a disability, whoa, you are so, so important to the world. I'm sure you are already being wonderful role models to the people around you, your friends, your family, your community. You're so, so important. important and I want you to not only know that I want you to believe that and go forward.
Not only showing the world how good you are but of course then giving us the knowledge that we then can use to make our world a more improved place as I keep saying one by one, we should aim to make this world an even better place, an improved place, a wonderful world that we can all enjoy. Okay, folks, this has been episode 935, a Blind Magic Communications production. Music.
