Monique is a thought leader and sought-after educator in the field of functional medicine, mind-body medicine, and coaching. She lectures nationally and internationally on women’s health, mind-body practices, nutrition, and coaching. She is a senior faculty member for the Institute for Functional Medicine, clinical instructor for the Yale Graduate School of Nursing, and Director of Coaching Development for The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. She is the cofounder of The Center for Functional Medicine in Stamford, CT, where she has been practicing for 22 years.
