Rich Froning

Aron welcomes 4 time CrossFit Champion Rich Froning to the podcast.  Rich was dubbed the "Fittest Man on Earth" after his reign on top in 2011,2012,2013, and 2014 and then leading the Crossfit Mayhem team to first place finishes in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022.  Rich has since turned his focus from the competition arena to the woods and outdoors, forming Mayhem Outdoors.  Aron and Rich talk shop on fitness, nutrition, the corssfit community and overall health, as well as his new passion, hunting.  Great conversation by two of the greatest in their respected arenas.
