Join KPJAY Authorized teacher, Brice Elizabeth Watson, in this All Levels Exercise class! In this all-level class, you will be able to control how deep you go in the practice.
This class combines traditional ballet, yoga, pilates, and strength training, and toning. No equipment is needed, but if you would like to add equipment for resistance training, you can use 2-3-pound hand weights and/or a yoga block or exercise ball. If you’re exercising on a carpet, a mat will most likely not be needed. However, if you’re on a hard surface, you can add a mat or towel for the floor exercises.
It is suggested that you do this exercise without shoes or socks so the foot has the opportunity to strengthen and undo any damage done to the foot from shoes. But as always, this is up to you and what you feel is appropriate for you.

This exercise class was shot LIVE at the beautiful Sacred Garden Yoga in Marietta, Ga. In this video, you get to workout with the in-studio students, but in the comfort of your own home.
