New York Times Replaces Artists with AI, Emotion-Canceling AI, Book Bans in Florida
In the first part of today's show, we looked at a leaked memo claiming that The New York Times fired artists to replace them with AI. Then we talked about how Japan's SoftBank developed an 'emotion-canceling' AI to tone down customers’ anger.
Today's unpopular opinion was "If you have nothing nice to say, it's better not to say anything at all."
In the show's second half, we asked 100 humans to name a moment where it's inappropriate to interrupt. Later, we saw a book about book bans being banned by the Florida school board.
