[4:28] - We hope for things to change because we may view anything else as “quitting.”
[5:08] - Equating quitting with failure leads to being stuck. Leaving could mean freedom.
[6:06] - It is okay to quit if something doesn’t feel right to you. Ending a season does not mean you are a failure.
