Four Stages of Praise & Worship:
PDSW: Praise, Devotion, Surrender and Worship.
- Praise & Worship is not and outward act, it is inside out.
- We cannot worship God with our mind, worship is a heart thing.
- We need to know to move from mind to heart as the worship progresses----more----- Climax of worship is the 3rd stage - Surrender.
- The worship leader who doesn't know these can be ineffective in leading worship.
- It's a must that the entire worship team must be in sync with one another including singers and musicians, possible only by prayer, preparation and mutual surrender
- One person in the worship team who is not prepared can prevent the flow of the Holy Spirit through these stages.
- Once the worship is over, the hearts are softened and prepared to receive the Word of God.
- Worship prepares the raw soil into a good ground where seeds of God's
- Word is sown that grows and multiplies
