Is 2022 the ”sell high” year?

Sell high and buy low. This is the rule that smart real estate investors understand even though not ONE of them ever knew it for sure. No one who has done well in the real estate market can tell you they knew the market was going to shift. Even though it has happened many times before (here and outside of Canada), there is a lot of opportunity hidden in those risks.
