What is Congruency and WHY does it matter? (RE-AIR)

As business slows in the summer, it's easy to get discouraged. Which makes it even easier to get swayed by what we see on social media. Something that comes up time and time again for me is the lack of CONGRUENCY I see online. I've been needing the reminder that what people say they value, isn't always true. It's easier to post on social media something you stand by, than it is to live it.

RE-AIR: As I have grown my business, my values have changed. Things I thought were important no longer are, and new values have become drivers in my business and life.

The thing that has surprised me the most is this: Congruency matters, A LOT.

Saying you are one thing and acting the opposite makes me wildly uncomfortable.

This week I'm talking all about congruency, what it is, why it matters, and how you may be misrepresenting yourself in ways you didn't realize.
