Then there are thoughts not based in Reality/Actuality that get everyone into trouble through the imagination. A thought converts into a molecule. It's what mode our spirit is in that determines if it's flushed out or absorbed, correct? lol Did you hear what I think I meant?"
For years michael said Denial caused Suppression, he was later told 'No that is dissociation' Hiding information from self keeps one from seeing what needs to be faced within. Thinking (not just cycling information) is the ability to keep love active and present when error surfaces and then you have access to truth. Some thoughts are genetic and all thoughts build constructs in the mind. Imagination is a spiritual faculty designed to assist us. Thoughts that 'get you into trouble' are from CBM not Being. Send out waves with our thoughts and resonate and draw in an experience. Anyone with a matching bag of garbage or beauty will show up, driven by behaviors that will activate what we hold. "Nothing will remain hidden in the light of day." They show up with our problem attached. What is moving in you is moving in you - it is yours. Any emotion is an internal experience. Anger is an internally produced drug to anesthetize from the fear or pain.
Jeanie shared what she explained to a client last night. Go with the feeling and not your thoughts. The feeling is a shadow of a thought, but if you can go with the feeling… let's say, I feel sad because somebody dissed me. Instead of thinking of somebody dissed me (because in their thoughts, they may have just been having a bad day and their tone of voice came across wrong)… in their mind, they weren't directing anything at you, so sometimes our thoughts can lie to us, by saying this is what they meant by that. And instead of trying to figure out what they really meant or why they did that, stick with that brought up sadness for me. Why do I feel sad? Why do I care what someone else thinks of me? What's the sadness about? What does it originate with? Is this a repeat all my life that I've carried this sadness or fear or whatever.? Focus on releasing that sadness - go inside and say, okay, what does this look like inside of me? What does it feel like inside of me? And can I change it? And of course, we can always change our feelings by changing the thoughts. Instead of thinking they dissed me, then think they must be in a hard place today. They reflected it and I took it on, but, it wasn't really about me, something was going on in them. So just changing that thought can help release the sadness or the thought. Oh, they're against me or they're trying to tear me down may not be at all true for them. Your mind creates the meaning it has for you. That you can change. Has nothing to do with fixing the problem or changing anything outside of you. Emotion is energy in motion. So, it's energy that's moving around inside of you. And of course, if you choose to hang on to it, then it's eventually going to land on a cell and lock into the cell. It's going to become a physical manifestation of that sadness or anger or whatever. And you don't need that. So, this is the thought behind that feeling, but I'm going to let go of the thought, I'm going to concentrate on the feeling. Why is that resonating in me so strongly right now?
