Join us on the Best Health Podcast as we talk with Dayla of Teleconnect Bermuda about the impacts of traumatic stress and retraumatisation in our community. We discuss the ripple effects of violence and economic challenges, the importance of validating pain, and how epigenetic studies show that trauma cane passed through generations. Dayla shares her insights on healing and advocacy, and the critical role of community support in mental health care.
