#240 Mastering Decision-Making: A Framework for Clarity and Purpose

We make THOUSANDS of decisions every day. Most are subconscious (thankfully), and we don’t have to initiate them in order to make them. Can you imagine the energy it would take to breathe throughout the day intentionally, and then we would be exhausted at night? 

 

Our brains are wired to make decisions. Why do we find it so difficult to make the decisions that are important to us? Why do we experience decision fatigue and procrastinate making choices because we don’t want to pick the wrong decisions? 

 

Friend! We can make it easy on ourselves! In today’s episode, we dive into a decision-making framework that will take the pressure off and help you know the right direction to go. 

 

Give yourself some grace- we won’t always make the “RIGHT” choice- but with this framework, you can make a quick and informed ruling that will help us move toward the outcome we seek. Let’s do this!
