The skills include controlling the controllables, focusing on the present moment, being a great teammate, behaving confidently, and preparing effectively. I emphasize the importance of self-talk, breath and body language in building confidence and achieving success. I also highlight the need to adjust and adapt to different situations and to always give 100% effort. Overall, these skills can be applied in any domain of life to improve performance and achieve personal growth.
