We see in the Bible that God so loved the whole world that he gave his one and only son so that whoever believes in Jesus will not perish but have eternal life. We also see that Jesus’ whole ministry is bringing a taste of heaven to earth and that Christians are charged to be ambassadors of heaven on earth. It may seem obvious, but you and I can’t be ambassadors of God’s love to the whole world. We simply aren’t that big. We live in one place at a time, and we can only Love Where We Live, not where we don’t. Our goal in this series is to learn from God’s word how to bring heaven here by learning how to love the people God has placed around us. Join us for the next four weeks as we learn tangible ways to Love Where We Live.
