SUMMER 2024 AT THE MOVIES: Kneecap, Alien: Romulus, Trap, Twisters, Blink Twice & more awards!
It's been a while since we got to talk movies on Page 180 so Tom and Ger discuss the slate of movies released in a very specifically defined summer 2024 at the movies (July and August - yes, we know August can be considered autumn. Shut up.)
To try do so they name their best movie of the 'summer' plus hand out awards, good and bad, for some of the movies they watched: like 'The twist was I enjoyed this', 'Most Powerful Cinematic Experience' and 'I Didn't Know Something This Exciting Could Be So Boring'.
On the slate is the likes of Kneecap, Alien: Romulus, Trap, Twisters, The Crow remake, It Ends With Us, Blink Twice and more!
Plus, in the wake of the It Ends With Us disastrous promo campaign, a look at some of the worst marketing campaigns in cinema history.
